Your "I" in the VUCA* world
Mentoring already existed in ancient times. Plato mentored Aristotle, who in turn mentored Alexander the Great. Today, it seems, mentoring is experiencing a renaissance. Why? One important reason is certainly that there are fewer and fewer classic job profiles.
We, oscillating somewhere between New Work, Agile and Digitalization, inevitably have to follow multi-optional career paths. These have long since ceased to be linear, but are increasingly diversified and multi-optional.
Away from the job profile and towards the skill profile, we are challenged to permanently redefine and (re)discover ourselves. Constant learning, diversified skills in interdisciplinary and international teams are becoming increasingly important.
As the diversification of our self increases, so does our need for security, clarity and a fixed position in a continuous reorientation.
We are driven by the question of who we are, what we are, what our USP is and how we can best achieve our goals!
That's why I'm here to accompany you on this exciting path. To support you in achieving your professional goals with clarity and certainty!
Seeing your successes gives me great pleasure and is also my driving force.
This is what others say about me, as the owner of a personnel and career consulting firm, and our collaboration:
"I have found Patty to be a very open and knowledgeable consultant. With her support, I was able to analyze my individual challenges and work out clear ways to overcome them." (Sebastian L., Managing Director Medical Technology)
"The program, which was individually tailored to me, and the trusting cooperation helped me to recognize my own strengths and find the job profile that suits me." (Jana B., Senior Strategy Manager Consulting)
"By identifying my personal success stories in my previous work, I have become more aware of my strengths. The self-confidence boosted in this way quickly helped me find a new position that suits me!" (Jascha K., Marketing Manager Healthcare Industry)
My native language is German, but we can also speak English.
